RECEIVING:
- We will provide a proved receipt to all vendors.
- We add box information to system.
- We will provide an End of Day List, only on costumers request.
QUALITY CONTROL:
Before we begin the label removal process we insure that the merchandise is complete.
- We check for the correct Style, Color and Quantity.
* We do not check for any damages, we do report the pieces that have obvious flaws.
* Any missing pieces or wrong Style will be report it to vendor directly for replacements.
* In case the Style is not available we will ask vendor for store credit.
LABEL REMOVAL:
- Carefully remove the label off your garments.
* Our team takes strict precautions insuring you the best end results.
* If we notice any garment may get damage, we ask you for approval before proceeding.
LABELING PROCESS:
- We match the color thread with garment and label color.
- We sew on your label to your garments.
- Trim any excess thread, insuring great visual qualitying.
FINAL INSPECTION
Before we send the merchandise off to you we inspect it.
- This time we check every piece individually insuring
* Labels are properly placed.
* Labels are sewn on properly.
* We trim any thread access
